Essensa Naturale the best Network Marketing Company!

Hi!

its me Upline Hadji again, before anything else i'd like to show you my company where am in (ibibida ko muna syempre) ive been in Network Marketing business for almost 1 1/2 Years, so far dalawa pa lang ang company na sineryoso ko at masasabing inaral ko, doon sa _ _ _ a7 at siyempre dito sa Essensa Naturale, galing na din ako sa First Quadrant na 8888 pa ata yung investment nung time na yun, (Yung company na puro sapatos at damit ata yun) kaso hindi ko siya masyadong natutukan dahil, masyado akong busy noong mga panahon na iyon, at take note ipinayin lang kasi ako noon, kaya hindi rin ako nagkaron ng interes masyado, at dun naman sa first company na sineryoso ko, i can say "yes" nag grow talaga ako dun dahil dun lang sa company lang na yun ako nag ka interes at inaral ko talaga siya, andun yung umaattend talaga ako ng trainings 4 modules pa nga noon plus ung pinaka last na binayaran ko pa talaga yun ng 1.5k para lang makasama sa training na yun, which is good dahil sobrang nabuksan niya yung isip ko, plus may mga mgagaling na mentors ako don si Mr. Ivan Tolentino (Secret lang natin yon, di niya alam na siya mentor ko, hehe..) at the same time sa company na yon kasama ko pa mga bestfriends ko pa dun at bestfriend ko pa upline ko, kaya talagang sumali talaga ako, siyempre hindi ka naman lolokohin ng mga bestfriends mo di ba? kaso nagkaproblema, ayaw ko na'rin talakayin kasi hindi na mahalaga yun, ang importante maraming akong natutunan, going back, dito sa Essensa Naturale, iba yung nakita ko dito, why? nasagot na niya yung 3 Simple Questions ko na:

How important is PARADIGM SHIFT in Network Marketing Business

Maraming nagtatanong kung ano ba talaga tong salitang ito at gaano ito kahalaga sa Network Marketing Business lets start first by defining what is Paradigm Shift?

Paradigm Shift - a radical change in underlying beliefs or theory

Para mas lalo niyong maitindihan kung ano PARADIGM SHIFT na tinatawag  i'd like to share a true story that happens to me 7 years ago..

Difference of a Head Hunter to a Distributor

Difference of a Head Hunter to a Distributor

Ive been in these network marketing industry for a quite several years na din, well bago ako mapunta sa First Quadrant and Aim Global, (hindi kasi ako masyadong nagconcentrate dito dahil masyadong high entry) dito lang sa last co. at sa present co. ko lang ako nakapag seryoso, and so far based on my experiences, i just wanna share you this experiences that ive learned this past few months ago in network marketing, the pain and the hardships, (Since the other company had closed) malaki po talaga pinag kaibahan ng Head Hunter at Distributor sa lahat ng Aspeto, Diskarte sa Clients/Prospects, finances at Lifestyle.

Scenario 1: Head Hunter (Recruiter)

Diskarte(Prospects): Prospect Listing, Aalukin ng Business mga kakilala or mga makikilala, Chances are para makuha mo ang prospect mo ay dapat maganda pagkakalatag mo ng marketing plan, you must have the guts to face their objections and you must have the right attitude to convince them, pag naconvince ayun hahanap ng another prospect para mag pair and boom!! pairing na kita nanaman si upline but then again pag nareject syempre hahanap nanaman ng panibagong prospect hanggang sa magkaron siya downlines at tuturuan niya magnetwork din kagaya niya. or neither way pwede ka namang maki corpo sa ibat ibang leg pra lumaki kita mo at dun ka makiki corpo sa team na alam mong mabilis magparami.

Finances: Ang kita ng isang head hunter ay depende sa pasok ng tao or downlines niya, meaning parang naka time deposit ang kita niya hanggat wala siyang downlines na naipapasok na tao, wala siyang kita or needless to say Nothing at all.

Lifestyle: As i've said ang kita ng isang head hunter ay naka depende sa kung panu siya humataw, kaya to survive in this kind of game or field kailangan mo magtipid, syempre ung kikitain mo sa una ilalaan mo yun sa personal improvement mo, bili ka ng damit na maayos to improve yourself image or neither way you have to save it para tumagal ka, lalo pa kung ito lang ang hanapbuhay mo (Magrecruit ng downlines), siyempre iba ang pride ng upline pag sinabing upline kumikita na talaga yan, kahit gutom ka kailagan mong maipakita sa downlines mo na payaman ka kahit hirap ka na dahil yun ang impression na pinapakita mo sa kanila (ayaw mo naman siguro mapahiya sa kanila? di ba?)

Scenario 2: Distributor

Diskarte (Clients): Client Listing, aalukin ng product si client pag bumili or umorder sa'yo good thing for you lalo pa pag kumuha ng maramihan siyempre ikaw ang distributor ng products kaya mas malaki kita mo dahil may 50% ka sa lahat ng kita mo dahil member ka ng "so-called" company mo and at the same time may kita ka thru unilevelling and thats not all ang maganda pa niyan kapag nagustuhan ng client mo ang mga products mo at nakakita siya ng opportunity sa company mo, there's a chance na magpamemeber pa siya sa'yo at maging downline mo siya, or neither way kapag hindi nagustuhan ng client mo hanap ka uli ng another client mo na magugustuhan products mo (Hindi mo maiwasan may mga AKNY na client's talaga) sabi ko nga hindi lahat ng tao pare pareho ang ayaw at gusto meron at meron jan ang mag kaka interes sa products mo "you just have the right attitude, right product, right company and the marketing skills" or you can also try online marketing by using social networking sites such as friendster, facebook & twitter.

Finances: Ang kita naman ng isang Distributor is like a well that never dries up, bakit? with a brilliant marketing skills and samahan mo pa ng proper training, you will achieve that dream income samahan mo pa ng binary, because you wont be worrying kung "pano kung hindi siya magpamember?" why worry if you have the right product?? dahil hindi naman ng lahat ng tao ay gusto magnetworking (Dahil sa sama na'rin impression ng tao sa networking?? asa ka pa!?) but like i always say "IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT, YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AN EXCELLENT MARKETEER" be the product of your product.

Lifestyle: As ive said ang kita ng distributor ay depende sa galing mo sa marketing and for a less minimal effort you can achieve your dream income, you wont have to worry on inviting a downline, dahil once na nagustuhan ng client yang product niyo as ive said little did you know baka kayo pa ang kulitin niyan kung pano gawin ang business na yan.. best part is tuloy tuloy ang kita mo, samahan mo lang ng sipag, tiyaga, diskarte and PRAYERS.

To those networkpreneurs out there, bato-bato sa langit ang tamaan ay pangit, kung may kulang sabihin niyo po pwede po magcomment dito sa notes ko, kung natuwa or kung may natutunan naman paki-like na'lang, well i just wanna share some thoughts based on my experience, i want you to realize that hindi lang sa recruiting or inviting malakas ang kita, isipin niyo rin na mas maganda rin ang kitaan sa direct selling, lalo pa pag may unilevelling plan ang company niyo, kaya nasisira ang Industriya ng Network Marketing eh, Reality bites, pag sinabi mo na businessman ka, sasabihin ng tao sayo "sali mo naman ako jan para kumita din ako" sige subukan mong sabihin na Networking business mo at Networker ka for sure lalayuan ka, sasabihin ng tao sa'yo "Sows! ikaw lang payayamanin namin pag pinasok namen yan eh", bakit kanyo? mali kasi ang diskarte eh, we tried hard 2 invite them at ano? karamihan sa mga networkers they were looking after the binary kaya ang tingin na nila sa lahat ng makakasalubong nilang tao, pairing, direct referral or downlines?? tingin na natin sa tao, prospect or client natin ay "PERA", kaya nga yan pumasok yan kasi gusto din kumita niyan eh.. na kaya mo yan ininvite kasi sabi mo Business nga di ba?? hindi recruiting?? kaya nasasabing pangit ang business natin because of the way we do and look things, nakakalimutan natin ung isa sa pinaka magandang dahilan kung bakit msarap mag network marketing, ang Direct Selling?? Look at Avon or MSE?? kahit wala masyado members kumikita pa'rin sila kasi may tumatangkilik pa ng products nila at swerte talaga ng mga members nila, infact andame ng mayayaman na sa mga members nila ngayon, Look kapag hindi niyo ipinush ang products ni "so-called" company mo nagparami lang kayo ng nagparami, na yun pala sa dami niyo nang ininvite at wala naipu2sh na product eh malamang magsasara din afterwards dahil lumobo ang payouts at at nag overpay-outs pa si company at  isa lang kahahantungan ng company niyo they dont have a choice para MAGSARA, well done said.. sabi nga ng Great Mentor ko na si Mr. Ivan Tolentino who had thought me wll on unilevelling, i remember what he said when i was in pasig (Dumating na pagod na pagod at may kasamang artista) na "wag kayo masyadong magconcentrate sa binary dahil ang kitaan jan ay "its just the tip of the ice" for you to reach your maximum income ipush niyo rin ang mga products"  swerte tayo guys kasi meron ng tinatawag na UNILEVELLING dagdag kita yan, Look kapag hindi niyo binago ang style niyo on how you do this business.. wala.. you only had left is a promise or false hopes na sinabi naman sa inyo ng nag invite sa inyo (Upline niyo), i just realized one thing na'rin na if your product is right you dont need to be a Good Marketeer..

The Importance Of A Mentor For Your MLM Business

Network Marketing is a Mentoring and a Coaching business!

I'm here to tell you now it’s not going to be easy and It takes time.

You need to learn new sets of skills

Remember the time when you learn to ride a bicycle
on your own? What’s the feeling? Yes.
It’s nerve-racking coupled with that
adrenaline rush and willingness to learn.
Again, it takes time to learn to ride the bike.
It takes practice.
But it’s faster when someone else holds the seat.
Here's an Analogy.

Kaya meron kang tatlong Options

Option 1
Stay where you are in Life

Complain about their job, and hope that the
government will raise salaries, lower prices,
and eliminate taxes.

Magandang plano yan para maging success ka! : )

After all, why take chances? I-criticize ka lang naman ng mga kapitbahay,
officemate at kamag anak mo sa pagnanais mong umasenso.

They want you to stay behind with them.
Misery really does love company.

Option 2

Pumikit at pumili nalang ng basta ng pintuan.
Bahala na! Swertehan lang yan na attitude.
Baka sakaling swertehin ka.

O kaya naman ay mag “mini-mini-mineee-mo” ka na lang.

Does trial and error work?
Yes.
But it works very, very slowly.

If it takes a lifetime of mistakes to find the right path to

MLM success, you won’t have much time to enjoy the
fruits of your labor.

Should you re-invent the wheel?
Should you repeat someone else’s mistakes?

“Practice makes perfect” really isn’t true.
Practice only perfects your ability to make the same
mistake over and over again.

Option 3

That’s the power of a Mentor.

Doesn’t it make sense to simply ask
someone what is behind the three doors?

Why take chances with your life?
Why leave your MLM business subject to guessing,
finger crossing, and a lottery mentality?

Finding a mentor can take years off your path
to MLM success.

- a mentor can help you avoid disasters and
make sure your work accumulates to your
personal success.
There is nothing more frustrating than lots
of your effort wasted.

Too many people work hard in MLM only to
find that they have to start over again and again.

- your mentor can share with you the experiences of others.

- while other people have paid the price of
trial and error, your mentor can give these
results for free. That sure beats getting a flat
forehead from beating your head against a brick
wall from frustration.
- your mentor can ask about your goals, time
commitment, experience, and preferences.

He will ask about your present and desired
lifestyle, if you like to retail, or how comfortable
you are with different styles of sponsoring and business building.

 - Your mentor can guide you through the mine fields of “hype.
He can tell you if one person made a big check at the expense of 100 people receiving no check.

- A mentor will show you the pitfalls of short-term
strategies. And, you will find out what really
works — and what doesn’t.

Do yourself a Favor.

First, decide right now that you’re going to become a
Professional Networker.

And to become a professional networker,
you need find to a reliable mentor.

In a nutshell, why do you need a mentor?
- They monitor your progress
- Keeps you level headed
- Guides you to the right direction
- Teaches accountability
- Compels you to perform
- Tells you what you need to hear than what
you want to hear
- Mentors can inspire you
- They will pat your back and tell you “congrats! Good job! well done!”
- And if you encounter temporary failures and
setbacks, mentors are the first one to ask you “what
did you learn from that experience?”

Hadji Says: At the end of the day, kahit ano pang gawin ni upline kung hindi mo naman tutulungan sarili mo para mag grow at maging successful eh wala din.. Tandaan mo, Like i always say.. "Theres no such thing as a SECRET FORMULA TO SUCCESS, The word SUCCESS is nothing without U " yang mga upline niyo na yan hindi kayo pababayaan niyan pero darating ang panahon na dadame at dadame kayong mga downlines niyan, alangan namang magconcentrate lang siya sa isa? kaya matuto kayo, para in the mere future kayo din ang magtuturo sa mga Downlines niyo..

10 Golden Rule From Steve Jobs (Successful Businessman)

1. Steve Jobs said: “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.”

Innovation has no limits. The only limit is your imagination. It’s time for you to begin thinking out of the box. If you are involved in a growing industry, think of ways to become more efficient; more customer friendly; and easier to do business with. If you are involved in a shrinking industry – get out of it quick and change before you become obsolete; out of work; or out of business. And remember that procrastination is not an option here. Start innovating now!

2. Steve Jobs said: “Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected.”

There is no shortcut to excellence. You will have to make the commitment to make excellence your priority. Use your talents, abilities, and skills in the best way possible and get ahead of others by giving that little extra. Live by a higher standard and pay attention to the details that really do make the difference. Excellence is not difficult – simply decide right now to give it your best shot – and you will be amazed with what life gives you back.

3. Steve Jobs said: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”

I’ve got it down to four words: “Do what you love.” Seek out an occupation that gives you a sense of meaning, direction and satisfaction in life. Having a sense of purpose and striving towards goals gives life meaning, direction and satisfaction. It not only contributes to health and longevity, but also makes you feel better in difficult times. Do you jump out of bed on Monday mornings and look forward to the work week? If the answer is ‘no’ keep looking, you’ll know when you find it.

4. Steve Jobs said: “You know, we don’t grow most of the food we eat. We wear clothes other people make. We speak a language that other people developed. We use a mathematics that other people evolved… I mean, we’re constantly taking things. It’s a wonderful, ecstatic feeling to create something that puts it back in the pool of human experience and knowledge.”
Live in a way that is ethically responsible. Try to make a difference in this world and contribute to the higher good. You’ll find it gives more meaning to your life and it’s a great antidote to boredom. There is always so much to be done. And talk to others about what you are doing. Don’t preach or be self-righteous, or fanatical about it, that just puts people off, but at the same time, don’t be shy about setting an example, and use opportunities that arise to let others know what you are doing.

5. Steve Jobs said: “There’s a phrase in Buddhism, ‘Beginner’s mind.’ It’s wonderful to have a beginner’s mind.”

It is the kind of mind that can see things as they are, which step by step and in a flash can realize the original nature of everything. Beginner’s mind is Zen practice in action. It is the mind that is innocent of preconceptions and expectations, judgments and prejudices. Think of beginner’s mind as the mind that faces life like a small child, full of curiosity and wonder and amazement.

6. Steve Jobs said: “We think basically you watch television to turn your brain off, and you work on your computer when you want to turn your brain on.”

Reams of academic studies over the decades have amply confirmed television’s pernicious mental and moral influences. And most TV watchers know that their habit is mind-numbing and wasteful, but still spend most of their time in front of that box. So turn your TV off and save some brain cells. But be cautious, you can turn your brain off by using a computer also. Try and have an intelligent conversation with someone who plays first person shooters for 8 hours a day. Or auto race games, or role-playing games.

7. Steve Jobs said: “I’m the only person I know that’s lost a quarter of a billion dollars in one year…. It’s very character-building.”

Don’t equate making mistakes with being a mistake. There is no such thing as a successful person who has not failed or made mistakes, there are successful people who made mistakes and changed their lives or performance in response to them, and so got it right the next time. They viewed mistakes as warnings rather than signs of hopeless inadequacy. Never making a mistake means never living life to the full.

8. Steve Jobs said: “I would trade all of my technology for an afternoon with Socrates.”

Over the last decade, numerous books featuring lessons from historical figures have appeared on the shelves of bookstores around the world. And Socrates stands with Leonardo da Vinci, Nicholas Copernicus, Charles Darwin and Albert Einstein as a beacon of inspiration for independent thinkers. But he came first. Cicero said of Socrates that, “He called philosophy down from the skies and into the lives of men.” So use Socrates’ principles in your life, your work, your learning, and your relationships. It’s not about Socrates, it’s really about you, and how you can bring more truth, beauty and goodness into your life everyday.

9. Steve Jobs said: “We’re here to put a dent in the universe. Otherwise why else even be here?”

Did you know that you have big things to accomplish in life? And did you know that those big things are getting rather dusty while you pour yourself another cup of coffee, and decide to mull things over rather than do them? We were all born with a gift to give in life, one which informs all of our desires, interests, passions and curiosities. This gift is, in fact, our purpose. And you don’t need permission to decide your own purpose. No boss, teacher, parent, priest or other authority can decide this for you. Just find that unique purpose.

10. Steve Jobs said: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Are you tired of living someone else’s dream? No doubt, its your life and you have every right to spend it in your own individual way without any hurdles or barriers from others. Give yourself a chance to nurture your creative qualities in a fear-free and pressure-free climate. Live a life that YOU choose and be your own boss.

Each lesson might be difficult to integrate into your life at first, but if you ease your way into each lesson, one at a time, you’ll notice an immediate improvement in your overall performance. So go ahead, give them a try.

Why MLM companies CLOSE in the Philippines?

Why MLM companies CLOSE in the Philippines?

Scenario #1.
THE COMPANY WS OWNED BY 4 PEOPLE.
1 OF THEM ARE EXPERIENCED NETWORKER(FIGURE HEAD OR OWNER DAW).
3 OF THEM ARE BUSINESSMAN/WOMAN
And so they started the business.
The business was doing good until one of them decided to go “solo” (para ma-solo niya ang profit).
The renegade owner formed his own company. Made some loans in the bank and “pirated” leaders from his “original” company by making outrageous offers. He managed to convince 40% of the leaders to join the bandwagon.
The rest is history.
The “original” company losing its leaders and distributors so fast that they didn’t see it coming. They were compelled to close.

Scenario #2.
There are times when companies are owned by people with no business backgrounds but have good medical backgrounds.
They started the business, tried it and then they realized that they don’t have the stomach (stamina) to handle the business pressure.
And so they opted to close the company and chosen to employ the traditional channels of distribution like drugstores. (Kawawang mga distributors. Sayang yung customers na na-develop nila).

Scenario #3.
Some owners don’t have the intention to last in the business. I mean they know beforehand that they’re going to close and they really have planned it. (it’s like those bank robbers planning to rob a bank. It’s all pre-meditated)
To them, MLM is just a means to dispose their products.
I have this particular downline months ago.
A company offered her to be the “001” of their MLM perfume company. Entry level is below P500.
The company told her the gameplan. (im glad there’s still an ounce of honesty left in that company).
They have thousands of unsold perfumes.
Once all the products are sold out, they’re going to close the company. They have no intention to produce more perfumes. (Poor distributors. They have no idea what misfortune theyre getting into)

Scenario #4.
Companies outsource their products somewhere else. 99% of companies are purely marketing arm. They don’t produce or manufacture their products. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
Sometime in 2005, a big MLM company came in the country. They got their products from China because they have a huge plantation there.
Then a big misunderstanding took place in the higher levels of the management.
The mother company from China decided to stop supplying the products. The sad thing was distributors have no idea what was going on. Lahat sila eh humahataw nationwide when in fact the company no longer exist…

Scenario #5.
SOME MLM OWNERS ARE ONLY AFTER THE PROFIT.
Here’s the story…
2 best friends decided they want to venture in network marketing. They have the money to invest in MLM.
They contacted a “computer” expert guy who understand the mechanics and marketing plans of MLM companies.
Investor: I want to start an MLM company and I want this particular marketing plan.
(and so they made marketing plan simulations with the “computer” guy.)
Investor: How much I earn in 10 pairs/day?
How bout 16 pairs/day?
I.T. guy: your profit is P5 Billion in this marketing plan but according to my computation your company will only last 6-7 years to avoid “over payout”.
Investor: that’s okay. Lets go for it. Don’t worry about the distributors or the networkers, I’ll just form another MLM company once mag-close ang itatayo nating company. All I need is to bring in the leaders at puputok ulit ako.

Scenario #6.
Many MLM owners have been to many traditional business.
To them, MLM is just another business venture or experiment.
George invested in food business. It worked.
He tried real state business. It didn’t work.
He decided to move on with the next business which is transporation. It went well.
“how bout I’ll try putting up my own MLM company? kapag di nag-work, eh di iclo-close ko lang. as simple as that.” ganito ang mindset nila.
To them, its purely business. Nothing personal.

Scenario #7.
It’s a phenomenal company. (The #1 earner was reaping huge incomes month after month.
All of a sudden, with all the earnings and popularity he’s getting… a great idea hit him!
“why not I go to the next level? I don’t want to be a networker all throughout my life. Owning a company looks promising…”
The top earner decided to form his own MLM company.
(smurkydad’s bold forecast: this same scenario is about to happen in another company weeks or months from now. They’re in the foodcart business.)
Smurkydad’s thoughts:
After reading everything I’ve said, did you begin to worry?
That’s good. It’s a valid feeling. That means you’re smarter now by being cautious. That’s means you’re now vigilant.
First. I don’t want to see you “HATAW NG HATAW” and then before you know it biglang nag-close na pala ang company mo.
Second. I don’t want seeing you guys jumping from one company to another. Without you knowing, you’re already becoming a “junkie”.
Again, MLM companies “close” because of leadership issues.
SOLUTION:
Choose a company who’s got solid leadership ability.
Check THE OWNER'S BUSINESS BACKGROUND BEFORE JOINING. (that’s what I did)

 Thanks Smurkydad

Difference between Working Hard and Working Smart

Difference between Working Hard and Working Smart

When you say "Working Hard" your working for a company or business establishments and even how hard you do (kahit magtumbling ka pa, mag angat ka ng undies or magsulat ka gamit paa mo or magtype ka gamit paa mo) yet your still getting your same results or salary in the end of the month and dito rin pa2sok yung sinasabi kong RAT RACE or doing the same thing over and over again and yet getting the same results over and over again at dahil takot kang mawalan ng pera whether you like it or not you HAVE to do the same thing over and over and out.. nakakapagod di ba? and when you say "Working Smart" its like having a job and getting another side jobs, part time jobs, racket or business and by doing so you'll get an EXTREME Source of income.. That is Working Smart.. makes sense right? now kung when these two (Working Hard and Working Smart) is applied to your network marketing company or the question is as for your Networking Company and to yourselves (Tanung nyo sa sarili nyo huh) "Am i Working Hard or Am i Working Smart?"

Answers: You are working hard pag ikaw humahataw pero wala ka pa'ring resulta, ano sa tingin mo ang problema?

Problems: Baka kailangan mo ng personal improvement, or baka hindi mo sinusunod ang SYSTEM or you're REINVENTING THE WHELL, or the problem is your COMPANY? bakit? Dahil baka hindi nya kayang tapatan yung hataw mo, even though your doing well at nagpapakamatay ka na sa kaka invite or halos di ka na kumain para kumita ka lang?

Solutions: Kailangan mo ng training, why? like my mentor Mr. Ivan Tolentino said "For you to excell well in your own chosen field, kailangan mong hasain sarili mo para makuha mo gusto mong resulta or higit pa" or sa mga taong hindi sumusunod sa systema ay mag-aral kayo ulit, pag aralan nyo systema ng company nyo wag kang magpa uso, and as for the COMPANY niyo na sobrang mahal na mahal niyo, Problema kasi sa kanila Minsan Merong mga Hindi mo alam kung nagsasabi ba ng totoo, paiba iba ng Systema.. yeah sabihin na nating Changing their system for the better, PERO!! it will be better ba for our Distributor or sa member?? kaya ang magandang gawin magsimula ka ng panibago.. hindi porket lumipat ka FAILURE ka na sa nauna mong COMPANY mo, actually sobrang dami kong natutunan sa nauna kong company at sa mga MENTORS ko.. and for that i thank you..

Answers: You are working smart pag ikaw humahataw and you are getting your EXTREME results, magaling ka kung ganon!!

Reason: Dahil you've trained hard and you deserve to be well compensated well, sinusunod mo ng tama ang sistema ng COMPANY niyo which is DAPAT naman talaga as for the COMPANY naman for sure maganda STANDING ng company mo ika nga hindi lang dapat SUBOK NA MATIBAY ang Company mo (Look at what happend to BANKO FILIPINO subok at matibay daw sila pero ano nangyari sa kanila? hahaha..) kailangan yung mismong Company mo ay May Concern din sa DISTRIBUTORS, NETWORKERS or MEMBERS  niya Hindi lang ung KAPAKANAN nung MAY AIR ang Pinapahalagahan niya para tumagal ang buhay ng company mo (Pero May Alam akong Company na kahit walang DISTRIBUTORS or NETWORKERS ay kumikita di tulad ng ibang Companies na kailangan talaga nila ng mga member para kumita sila, Haha..)

Answers: Keep it up, tuloy mo lang yan kung sa tingin mo na diyan mo maabot pangarap mo.. FOCUS and tandaan niyo THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS SECRET FORMULA TO SUCCESS, THE WORD "SUCCESS" IS NOTHING WITHOUT "U"
